When the global pandemic disrupted the way we work, organizations had to rethink their structures, workflows, and policies overnight. The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) commissioned me to design and lay out this case study, documenting the shift to alternative work arrangements in response to COVID-19.
We crafted a design system that reflects the adaptability and resilience of the workforce during this transition. Using clean layouts, structured typography, and a thoughtful visual hierarchy, the design balances clarity with engagement—making complex insights more accessible to readers.
This project not only serves as a report but as a visual narrative, capturing the evolution of work in a time of uncertainty.
